LumenDimIO Transceiver

The compact RC4 Wireless LumenDimIO transceiver is both a transmitter and receiver on the CRMX LumenRadio platform, with the legendary RC4 ease of use and reliability at an affordable price — easy to integrate with any existing LumenRadio devices.

In transmitter mode, set the lowest and highest DMX channel with RC4 OneTouch; the default is a full 512-channel universe. In receiver mode, any number of LumenDimIO receivers may be used — the DMX spec allows up to 32 devices per output, and the LumenDimIO exceeds this. It's internally protected against static discharge and excessive line loading, and generally works reliably up to 200′ (60 m); dense obstacles like concrete walls will attenuate range.

Transmitter mode: DMX input meets USITT DMX512/1990 (4 µs) with a 1-second data hold after dropout; DMX output is a straight-through hardware connection; optional channel limiting via RC4 OneTouch (default full 512-channel universe).

Receiver mode: any number of receivers may be used; output meets USITT DMX512/1990; internally protected against static discharge and excessive line loading.

DMX protocol compliance: inputs/outputs comply with USITT DMX512/1990 (4 µs); receiver output replicates transmitter input channel count and packet rate; 1–512 channels per packet; up to 44 pps at 512 channels, 10,000 pps at 1 channel.
