Terms of Sale

Last updated 3 August 2026

These terms govern every order placed through https://store.litepix.com.au (the “store”), operated by Litepix Pty Ltd (ABN 23 879 696 271) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you check out — we can only change them for future orders, never for one already placed.

1. Ordering

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase, and a contract forms only when we confirm your payment by email. Until then we may decline an order — for example where stock is unexpectedly unavailable, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.

You may check out as a guest or with an account. Either way you must give us a working email address: your receipt, download links and any delivery updates go there and nowhere else.

Adding items to your cart does not hold them. Starting checkout reserves physical stock for a short period (currently fifteen minutes) so that it cannot be sold from under you while you pay. If you do not complete payment in that window the reservation is released and the items return to general stock.

2. Prices, GST and payment

All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where it applies. Your receipt shows the GST component separately. Delivery is charged in addition and is shown before you pay.

Prices can change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you check out. If a price or product description is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, a specification that does not match the product — we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

Payment is taken through Stripe on a page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiry or security code; those go straight to Stripe. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms. Where a discount code or gift card is applied, its own conditions (expiry, minimum spend, single use, no cash redemption) apply on top of these terms.

3. Availability and backorders

Stock levels shown on the store are live but can move between your page load and your payment. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Some items may be offered on backorder, in which case the product page says so and quotes an expected timeframe. Those timeframes are estimates given in good faith based on our suppliers, not guarantees, and we will tell you if a backorder is going to run materially late.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from the items in your cart and the destination.

Dispatch and transit estimates shown at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs or an incorrect or incomplete address you have given us. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly if anything is missing or damaged in transit.

5. Digital products and downloads

Digital items are delivered as download links in your order confirmation email and, if you have an account, in your account area. Each link is personal to you and expires 30 days after purchase or after 5 downloads, whichever comes first. If a link expires before you have your files, contact us and we will issue a fresh one.

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sub-licence or publish them, and all intellectual property in them stays with us or our licensors. You are responsible for checking the stated system or format requirements before you buy, and for keeping your own backup of files you have downloaded.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Before dispatch. If you have an account, you can cancel a paid order that has not yet been fulfilled from your account page, and we will refund it in full to your original payment method. Guests can ask us to do the same by email.

Change of mind. We are not obliged to refund a change of mind, but we will consider it for unused physical goods in their original condition and packaging within a reasonable period. Return postage is yours in that case. Digital products cannot be returned for change of mind once a download has been started, because they cannot be given back.

Faulty or misdescribed goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. How long the money takes to appear is up to your bank, typically a few business days.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date — we rely on them to deliver your order.

If you post a review, you confirm it is your genuine opinion and your own words. We moderate reviews before publication and may decline or remove anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or off-topic.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time; we will keep the transaction records we are legally required to keep, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying them again, or refunding what you paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that governs it. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Contact

Questions about an order or these terms: contact us through the store. Please include your order number — it makes everything faster.
