RC4 LumenDimM4 Four-Channel CRMX Wireless Dimmer Screw Terminal

The RC4 Series 3 LumenDimM4 is a miniature battery-powered 4-channel wireless DMX dimmer for LEDs, lamps and motors in small props and costumes, on the CRMX platform. It combines RC4 Wireless Harmonized Design features with a built-in genuine LumenRadio CRMX radio transceiver — an easy, reliable, feature-filled dimmer with full wireless RDM, multiple dimmer curves and PWM frequencies.

Barely larger than a matchbox, the LumenDimM4 delivers super-smooth LED dimming, high-power halogen dimming and hobby servo-motor control across four dimmers — enough for a complete miniature moving light from a single unit.

Features: RC4 OneTouch™ configuration, RC4 Digital Persistence™, DMX data in/out, RC4 HotPatch™, wired and wireless RDM, 16-bit dimming with multiple PWM frequencies, and a high-efficiency 6–35 VDC input range.

Four channels suit RGB, RGBW and RGBA colour-mixing. The RC4 HSL Color Controller delivers best-in-class colour consistency using 16-bit (65,536-step) dimming, far finer than the 256-step quantisation of single-channel console colour mixing.

Four dimmer outputs also suit the RC4 Wireless Flkr Effects Engine™ — dynamic animated effects created and recalled from DMX channels, with a saved effect enabled on power-up, perfect for stand-alone retail and trade-show displays.

A wired DMX data port outputs to nearby fixtures or can be configured as a DMX input for wired dimming, with a comprehensive RDM implementation including E1.37 parameters, status sensors, and per-dimmer RDM sub-devices.

Screw terminals connect the power supply and four load channels; output voltage matches DC input voltage with no appreciable loss within the device's 16 A total power handling. The DMX mini-plug port works with 3-pin and 5-pin XLR adapters, most commonly the RC4DMX5FA.
